blegh!!

This morning as we were getting ready for church I head some unfamiliar noises coming from behind the closed door of the downstairs bathroom. I opened then door to find Keilah playing in the bathroom with a few of her kitchen toys. I asked her what she was doing and she responded with silence. I asked her again what she was up to, while assessing the situation. Water on Keilah's chin. Toilet seat up. Play kitchen ladle in one hand. "Drinking water," was Keilah's response. Already knowing the answer, I asked her "what water are you drinking?" Yup...she was drinking toilet water. Part of me was horrified. The other part of me was cracking up. I could not yell at her with a straight face, so I dragged her out of the bathroom and had Jason talk to her while I went to the kitchen to stifle my giggles.
