Keilah 3 year physical

Keilah had her 3 year physical today. She is 30.5 lbs and 38.5 inches tall (50% for weight and between 75%-90% for height). We discussed her thumb sucking, but won't do anything about it until she is closer to 4. Just positive reinforcement for not doing it, like her dentist said. We also discussed when she withholds from going to the bathroom and the pain it causes her. The doctor also brought up walking into the street by herself, etc--which led to the discussing about Keilah leaving her class unnoticed at church. Dr. Sheth had a little chat with Keilah about not doing that. I am hoping that if she hears it from numerous different people that maybe it will sink in and she will stop escaping. The only other thing was that Keilah watches too much tv :guiltysmilie:. Technically she does not watch any television, but she does watch a couple movies each day. Dr. said we need to limit it to only one movie per day. They performed a sight and hearing test, a finger prick test for anemia, and a tb test.

I did learn one thing: to NEVER take both girls to a physical by myself again.
