10 months old

Wow! I can't even believe how fast this past month has flown by! I didn't even realize that I had forgotten to take her monthly picture until just the other day. I can hardly believe she is only 2 months away from turning 1! Someone needs to stop the clock because she is such a joy and I don't want her to grow up anymore! My baby is slipping away.

She still does not have any teeth, but that does not stop her from enjoying regular food with the rest of us. She is cruising around the furniture and crawls super fast. I have almost stepped on her on more than one occasion because I thought she was in the other room to find that she was already at my feet. She is a pro at climbing up the stairs, so we are having to remember to close the gates. She still only has 3 words, mama, dada, and night-night (I just remembered she also says bye and waves to herself--it looks like she is signing milk). I need to start signing with her. She has known milk for several months, but I need to start doing more signs with her. She is wearing 18-24 month size bottoms (partly due to the big ol' cloth booty) and 18 month shirts. I am so thankful that I kept all of Keilah's old clothes because Katelynn is getting a ton of use out of them. Keilah asks me almost everyday if she can "match Katie" so they usually end up in matching shirts or similar colors (unless Keilah gets to wear a dress, which trumps matching Katie anyday, lol).
