First night alone with the girls

Jason had to spend the night in Palm Springs for work, so last night was my first night alone with the girls. I must say I was quite nervous. Jason normally bathes Keilah and gets her ready for bed while I nurse Katelynn and get her ready for the night. I did not know if I would be able to handle the entire bedtime routine for both girls at once, but suprisingly it went rather well. Thankfully it was a night that one of the ladies from MOPs brought us dinner, so that was one less thing to worry about. I managed to get both girls bathed and Keilah to bed on time!

The one major bummer was that Jason was not here to get up with Keilah in the morning. Keilah consistently wakes up everyday at 5:00am-5:30am. Normally Jason gets up with her and lets me sleep until Katelynn wakes up. He then brings Katelynn into our bedroom so I can nurse her there while catching a few more zzzz's before getting up for the day. Even just an extra 30 minutes makes a world of difference in how I feel the rest of the day.

I seriously have such an awsome husband! He is so involved with the girls and does so much to help me out. I know he was only gone for one night, but I am so happy to have him home. I don't know what I would do without him. :)
